Can I record the reboot and BIOS via AVerMedia’s device?

Neither computer reboot nor BIOS setting does support any video recording. BIOS recording is not easy due to the resolution automatically changes and our device needs to know and detect the exact resolution that is recording. This is the reason why we are unable to support it.
