Can AVerMedia capture card devices work with Mac computers with M1, M2, and M3 series?
Yes, we are pleased to inform you GC553G2, GC553, BU113, and GC551G2, GC513, GC311 are compatible with MacBook Air, Mac mini, and MacBook Pro
models that feature the Apple M1, M2, and M3 series.
Please note that while the above capture card devices are compatible with Apple Silicon, but there are differences between WINDOWS and macOS infrastructures, so there may be some limitations in the capture capabilities.
GC553G2 supports a maximum resolution of 3840x2160 at 30p, 2560x1440 at 60p, and 1920x1080 at 120p. On the other hand, GC553, BU113, and GC551G2
products can support a maximum resolution of 1920x1080 at 60p.
However, they may not perform optimally on higher resolutions and frame rates, such as 4K at 30p.
