Why does RECentral 4 display a black screen when attempting to preview the input source connected to the Live Gamer Extreme 2?

Please note that the GC551 Live Gamer Extreme 2 is not HDCP compatible. Therefore, when you use an HDMI cable for connecting, you will not be able to display video when receiving HDCP-protected video.
