Please check if your game monitor/Pass-through screen has an HDMI 2.0 port. Please note that HDMI 1.4 does not support 4K 60Hz Pass-through (HDMI 1.4 supports a maximum resolution of 4K 30Hz only). You can find more details at the link below:
