How to Use the AW111 with a Desktop or Laptop Computer?
Connection Steps:
1. Connect the AW111R Wireless Receiver
Connect the AW111R Wireless Receiver Dongle to your desktop or laptop computer.
2. Connect the 3.5 mm Audio Cable
Use a 3.5 mm TRS audio cable to connect the microphone output jack on the AW111R to the Mic In (microphone input) jack on your desktop or laptop computer.
If your desktop or laptop computer is equipped with only a single 3.5 mm TRRS headphone/microphone combo audio jack (Combo Audio Jack), as shown below:
Please use a 3.5 mm TRS-to-TRRS adapter:
Use a 3.5 mm audio cable to connect the TRS audio output of the AW111R to the Mic In (microphone input) jack on the adapter.
Plug the TRRS connector of the adapter into the 3.5 mm headphone/microphone combo audio jack (Combo Audio Jack) on your desktop or laptop computer.
3. Pair the AW111R and AW111T
Press and hold the pairing buttons on both the AW111R Wireless Receiver and the AW111T Wireless Conference Microphone for approximately 3 seconds.
When the indicator lights on both the AW111R and AW111T remain solid blue, pairing is complete and the devices are ready to use.
Notes
Please make sure that the correct microphone device is selected as the audio input source in your desktop or laptop computer's audio settings.
When speaking into the AW111T, check that the system's microphone input level meter responds to your voice to confirm that the microphone audio is being received properly.
