How to fix capture device (USB3) not found or connected?
System Requirment:
Please ensure your PC system meet our minimum requirement:
• Interface:USB 3.1 (Gen 1) Type C
Does not support USB 2.0
Our USB3.0 capture device does not support Windows 7, Windows 8.1
Please use type c to a cable comes along with capture card box, or prepare Type C to A cable with 5~10Gbps
• Mac System requirement: Operating system: MacOS High Sierra 10.13
• It requires for you to check more information in detail: (GC553 Specification)
Notes1: GC553/GC551G2/BU113 does not support MAC M1/M2 system for 2K/4K Video Capture. ( 1080p60 does support)
Notes2: We would recommend you use Type C to C cable with 5~10Gbps from GC553 to your mac. If you prefer to use Type C to A cable comes along with capture card box, please connect the type C to A cable to your USB3 capture card via the adapter made by Apple.
OS status
You can check if your capture device could be detected in the Device Manager /USB tree.
Windows: Please head into: computer management> device management >sound, video, and game controller
