Why is my XLR microphone cutting out, but works fine in the Creator Central?

You can check the setting on the Noise gate setting and Gain value in Creator Central.
 
The Noise Gate will be cutting your input to the microphone out when there is an insufficient high signal. Reducing the noise gate and increasing the gain value will help you allow your signal to come through AX310 without cutting out.
