If the preview video in the software does not appear smooth, what can I do to improve it?

1 Please first make sure your computer is equipped with a dedicated graphics card that meets the system requirements of our products.
2 Ensure that the software you are using is running in High Performance (dedicated GPU) mode in Windows, and that your graphics card driver is updated to the latest version.
3 If VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) is enabled on the input source, please try disabling it and test again.
4 If you are using an NVIDIA graphics card, you may open the NVIDIA Control Panel, go to 3D Settings, and set “Background Application Max Frame Rate” to Off, then check whether the preview performance improves.

5 Adjust NVIDIA Graphics Settings 

If the issue persists and you are using an NVIDIA graphics card, try adjusting the settings via NVIDIA Profile Inspector.

Steps:

Launch NVIDIA Profile Inspector and create a new profile with a custom name (e.g., SC).

Click the green bar at the top to add the application you are using (example: Streaming Center).

Locate the Streaming Center installation path and select the executable file.

After adding the application, find “G-SYNC – Application Mode” and set it to Off, Click Apply Changes to save the configuration.
