Why is the audio abnormal(choppy audio) in the software preview?

1. It could be a USB3 compatibility issue(e.g., GC553G2, GC553, GC551G2). It's known that ASMedia's USB host controller may have this problem. Please switch to USB ports that are Intel or AMD native USB host controller.
(Notes: We have found some motherboard like B450, B350 series may have this compatibility issue)

2. This may be due to built-in AI noise reduction on your platform. Please turn off all AI noise reduction on the software such as NVIDIA Broadcast below:



Choose All off on Microphone arry in Realtek Audio Console

4. Make sure the version of firmware of your capture card device is up to date.
