How can I update the firmware on my GC313/GC313Pro, and why is my computer unable to recognize the device?

About firmware update:

For GC313, When updating the firmware, do not connect the GC313 AC pin to a power outlet. Use the USB-C cable comes from GC313 box to connect the GC313 C1 port to a computer USB-C port (USB 3.2 Gen 1 or above is required).


For GC313Pro, please follow the steps below to update the GC313 Pro firmware
1 Do not power on the GC313 Pro (do not connect the AC pin to a power outlet).
2 Use the USB-C cable included with the GC313 Pro or USB-C to A cable to connect the C2 port to a computer USB-C or A port (USB 3.2 Gen 1 or later is required).
3 Prepare an additional USB-C to USB-C cable and connect the C1 port of the GC313 Pro to a computer USB-C port for power supply.
