My controller touch panel suddenly stops working, what can I do?
1. Please ensure the version of Creator Central software is up to date.
2. Please switch the physical button on the backside of AX310, to enable to restart of the device.
3. You can try plugging into a different USB port, or temporarily unplug the wireless USB or capture device on the computer. And directly plug the AX310 into the USB port on the computer
