Why is my GC313Pro recognized as GC313?

1 Privacy Settings
Please check whether the Camera option is disabled in your Windows Privacy settings.
If camera access is turned off, please enable it and reconnect the device.
Once enabled, the GC313Pro should be recognized correctly.

2 Device Manager
If the issue persists, please open Device Manager and check whether the GC313Pro appears under Cameras, or if the device is currently disabled.
If it is disabled, please enable it and reconnect the device.
