Why does the audio stutter/cracking or not play properly in the software preview?

1. Make sure the version of firmare of your capture card device is up to date. 

For example, please ensure the driver and firmware of your GC573 are up to date.

Driver: 2/2/64/95
Firmware: 1.2 (20201015)

For GC551G2, please make sure the firmware is F1.2.5.9



2. It could be a USB3 compatibility issue(e.g., GC553G2, GC553, GC551G2). It's known that ASMedia's USB host controller may have this problem. Please switch to USB ports that are Intel or AMD native USB host controller.
(Notes: We have found some motherboard like B450, B350 series may have this compatibility issue)

3. This may be due to built-in AI noise reduction on your platform. Please turn off all AI noise reduction on the software such as NVIDIA Broadcast below:
