When recording or streaming, the video freezes and experiences frame rate drops.


1. Please confirm whether you have downloaded the latest driver (GC551_AVer_Drv_x64_V3.0.64.115)

2. Try testing with a different USB 3.0 cable.

3. Attempt to plug into different USB 3.0 ports on your computer.

4. Have you updated the USB 3.0 chipset driver to the latest version?

5. It is recommended to use the native Intel USB 3.0 host controller, and ensure that your computer has the latest driver versions installed.

6. Verify if your graphics card has the latest driver version installed.

7. Confirm that USB 3.0 hub power management is set to "Not Allow" in power-saving mode.

8. Check the power management settings in the Windows system; make sure it is set to "High Performance" instead of "Power Saver."

9. Has your Windows system recently been updated?
