By the way, we recommend you connect BU113 to the PC by using the type C to A cable which comes along the package of BU113.
If you connect BU113 to the mobile phone, the type C to C cable transmission speed must be up to 5~10Gbps, otherwise, the bandwidth will be insufficient then you will see the red light appear on BU113.
