Why is my GC750 capture quality limited to 1080p30?

Please make sure you are using the USB cable included in the package and connect it to a USB 3.x port on your computer.
If the GC750 is connected to a USB 2.0 port or a USB port with insufficient bandwidth, capture resolution will be limited by the available USB bandwidth, with a maximum capture resolution of 1080p30 in MJPEG format.
