Limited Warranty
AVerMedia Technologies, Inc. provides One
year Parts and Labor warranty to all of
our products from the date of purchase unless
otherwise stated. During this period, AVerMedia
will repair or replace components of the
product that is tested as defective from
consumer's regular usage. This Limited Warranty
shall not apply to the defective product
that has caused by consumer's unreasonable
use, accident, negligence or modification
done other than by AVerMedia's authorized
service technician.
RMA (for Distributors
Only)
1. If you bought the product from AVerMedia Taiwan office, please contact with the sales person directly.
2. If you bought the product from AVerMedia's branch. Please contact with the branch sales directly.
An RMA number is needed for all returned products. Distributors must first obtain an RMA number from AVerMedia before returning any products.
When returning products, you MUST put the RMA number on the outside of the box and send to:
