| INTEL DEVELOPER FORUM, TAIWAN , April 7th, 2005 – AVerMedia will showcase AVerTV ExpressCard (E508) and AVerTV PCI Express Dual (M1A3) at Intel Developer Forum in Taipei on 11 th and 12 th April. The debut of E508 at Intel Developer Forum in San Francisco last September garnered very positive response from the audience. The M1A3 is newly designed in PCI Express architecture and employs two TV tuners. It will surely enhance the experience for enjoying TV on PC.
AVerTV EXpressCard (E508) is the new PCTV solution for the ExpressCard™ standard which offers a smaller and faster I/O expansion solution targeting notebook computers and small form factor desktop computers. The product is fully recognized by the PCMCIA organization. It features the functions of scheduled recording, time-shifting, image capturing and MPEG2 recording.
AVerMedia will also demonstrate AVerTV PCI Express Dual (M1A3) at Intel Developer Forum in Taipei. It employs two TV Tuners which allows you to watch one channel while recording another simultaneously. M1A3 also incorporates two hardware video encoders reducing the loading of CPU. You can simply watch TV without any interruption while working on PC.
