Michael Kuo is the co-founder, chairman, and CEO
of AVerMedia Technologies, Inc. - Organization.
His vision for AVerMedia is to become a global leader
in developing and manufacturing digital multimedia
products, such as video presentation, multimedia
entertainment, and video security products. Michael
is always proud to bring the advanced technology
and unmatched services to all his clients. Currently,
Michael is responsible for its global group business
development and corporate branding
efforts.
Prior to founding AVerMedia Technologies,
Inc., Michael held a variety of software engineering
positions and had acquired extensive experiences
from the high-technology industry. Before committing
to establishing his own corporation, he joined Longshine
Electronic, a renowned PC peripheral supplier covering
HDC, LAN, IBM 3270 main frame terminals emulator,
XENIX Multi-terminal card, etc., as the Senior Vice
President of Sales & Marketing.

Allan Yang

Allan Yang serves as the General Manager for AVerMedia Technologies, Inc. - Organization.
Dr. Yang's responsibility is to chart the direction of AVerMedia towards high-value added applications and to build up staff competence to world-class level.
Prior to joining AVerMedia, he had worked at IBM, T. J. Watson Research Center on high performance computing, Prudential Securities, New York on fixed income analytics, and Tiger Management LLC, New York on global investment portfolio managements.

Moses Lee
Chief Financial Officer (CFO), AVerMedia Technologies,
Inc. - Organization
Moses Lee serves as the Chief Financial Officer
(CFO) for AVerMedia Technologies, Inc. V Organization.
His responsibility is to develop seamless supply
chain as one of the core competitive strengths
to fulfill customers' needs effectively on real
time basis. Moses
also provides value reporting to
all corporate stakeholders, including shareholders,
prospective investors,and creditors from time to
time in fairly transparent manner. His ultimate
goal is to seek the maximum financial related interest
to the shareholders under careful management of
contingent business risks.
Prior to joining AVerMedia, he worked for international
companies, including RCA, GE, Thomson and Philips,
for over 20 years as the CFO. He was in charge
of the back-end operations, mostly within the
P.C. or consumer electronics related industry.
