2004 Donate your blood, spread your love
A blood donation activity was organized by AVerMedia employees' welfare commission at the headquarters' main entrance on April 9., from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Apart from the gifts from Taipei county Blood Donation Center, AVerMedia has also gave ball pens (made in Germany!) to encourage blood donation nearby Jungho city and FarEast Industrial Area.
Mr. Kuo, the President of AVerMedia, took part in this special blood donation activity by rolling up his sleeve and became the first blood donor. He indicated that we should aid society by helping to alleviate the deficiency in blood banks. This aid is given equally to all members of the society whether you're a presidential candidate won the 2004 presidential election.
The goal of 150 bags of blood was reached at 4:30PM. This activity demonstrated AVerMedia people's passion, which is to¡¨ Contribute Yourself to Help Others,¡¨ and also revealed to "Contribute yourself for the society" which is the spirit of AVerMedia people.
